Animals do some crazy things. We’ve all seen those hilarious videos of bears carrying coolers full of food away from campsites or dolphins returning lost electronics from the sea, but have you ever seen a thieving bird? This magpie was looking to catch a free buzz when it swooped down and stole a joint right from this man’s porch. Perhaps if the bird had asked nicely, the man would have shared. Instead, the critter keeps the entire joint for himself.
Flying high
It’s always nice to sit outside after a hectic day of work or travel. Nature can soothe and relax anyone willing to open themselves up to the experience. Add in a joint to achieve an elevated mindset and you’re sure to connect even more quickly with the surroundings.
Just don’t leave your joint unattended because, sometimes, nature wants to get high, too.
After stepping away from his porch for just a few moments, much to this man’s surprise, he returns to find a pesky magpie with his joint in the creature’s mouth.
Are you fu**ing sh**ing me? You stole my joint!
Rescue mission
As the man continues to berate the bird with insults, he tries to snatch his cannabis back. However, this flying friend isn’t having any part of it.
Give it back!
After being swiped at, the bird simply takes flight and disappears to enjoy a high all alone. One thing is certain, this bird is going to be higher than ever before. The man, however, is left disappointed and in need of a new joint. Hopefully, that wasn’t the last of his stash and he simply rolled another.
Catching this event on film is the most important aspect of the story; no one would ever believe this otherwise.
